Hi, Welcome Tranquil World of Travel, I'm Michelle and I love to travel, I absolutely love finding lots of exciting deals not just for myself but for family and friends too. I am very passionate about travel, and it has been my dream from a young age to work within the travel industry, I have studied many courses over the years from destinations to car hire, I am always seeking opportunities to extend my knowledge and skills further. I absolutely love helping people with all aspects on travel, whether it's helping them to search for their perfect holiday down to helping with passports, or just answering general travel questions. I have a wide range skill and experience working in many different industries from call centre to working in restaurants & pet sitting, I do have a Level 2 Customer Service among many other qualifications, which I have gained over the years. So; after years of working in different industries I decided that I needed the flexibility, be able to work from home, fit around my family commitments, & be happy in a job that I am very passionate about and I love. So; here I am finally living my dream I can now put all my knowledge and personal skills that I have learnt over the years into a professional career and enjoy life and travel more.

Our PTAs have developed a wealth of knowledge through personal travel, extensive training with hotels, airlines, tourist boards, cruise lines and travel ancillary providers. This knowledge is being continuously refined as our consultants get feedback from their clients, continue to undertake more training and travel to the destinations themselves.

Experience

Working in travel allows every PTA to travel regularly on supplier organised familiarisation trips in addition to their own personal travel. This personal experience allows them to identify what products and services will be most suitable for each of their clients.

Leverage

We work with trade divisions of tour operators, airlines, hotels and other suppliers. Suppliers can afford to lose a single direct sell client, but they cannot afford to lose an agent that provides hundreds of bookings. In times like Covid 19, we leverage that position to secure refunds and changes for our clients ahead of the direct sell clients of the supplier.

Accessibility

You have a human face, name, and direct contact details for the person who will book your travel, make any amendments you need, sort out any individual requirements you may have whilst you are away and deal with any issues when they arise.
